Equipment: Large microwave-safe bowl or small pot, 9x13 baking dish, fork or spatula

Notes

  • Cereal bars are best kept in the freezer for the best texture.
  • For a high protein bar, add protein powder mixed with water to the sweetener mixture prior to adding to the cereal. Adjust water amount based on protein thickness.
  • You can also make a chocolate drizzle on top (instead of the chocolate chips, or both!). To do so, simply melt the chips in the microwave with 1 Tbsp of coconut oil. Mix and drizzle! Sprinkle the salt right after. The oil allows the chocolate to loosen and creates a shell once cooled.
