Make Ahead Instructions: Our Oatmeal cookies stay fresh covered at room temperature for up to 1 week. Baked cookies / unbaked dough ball freeze well, for up to three months. Bake frozen cookie dough balls for an extra minute, no thawing needed.
Oats: We use old-fashioned whole rolled oats. They provide the chewy, hearty texture!
*Raisins: Soak your raisins in warm water for 10 minutes before using (pat well to dry) – this makes them nice and plump!
