Cooking bacon in the oven is the absolute best method to getting a bunch cooked evenly and at once. No mess necessary. I love that you can save the rendered fat (aka liquid cooking gold) as well. Most recipes tend to recommend an oven temperature of 350 degrees, however I find in order to achieve a more-crispy-less-ham-ish result, 375-400 works best.
