Cook until onions turn translucent. Add in garlic until just golden, another minute.Add ground beef. Cook and crumble over medium-high heat until browned. Drain any fat.Add in the sauce and simmer for a few minutes. (The mixture thickens as it cools). Stir in sesame seeds and green onions.Spoon several tablespoons of the beef mixture into the center the lettuce leafs. Serve immediately and enjoy!
