Slow-Cooker Creamy Reuben Dip

The perfect make-ahead appetizer for Reuben lovers. Our Robert Rothschild Horseradish Spread gives an elevated thousand-island flavor to our creamy yogurt and cream cheese mixture. Enjoy with slices of local salumi, crackers and tortilla chips.

• 2 packages (8 oz) Smithfield Cream Cheese, cubed
• 1/2 cup Simpson Spring Plain Yogurt
• 1 package (6-8oz) local Swiss cheese, diced
• 1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Horseradish Spread
• Slices of local salumi, crackers and/or tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

1. Place first 4 ingredients in a slow cooker; stir to combine. Cook, covered, on low 4 hours or until heated through.
2. Stir to blend. Serve spread with bread or crackers.
