Herbed Honey Butter Glazed Carrots

Delightfully sweet roasted carrots make the perfect side dish to nearly any meal or holiday dinner. Our Spicewalla Garlic Herb Seasoning brightens the vegetable with hints of orange zest and paprika. Velvet Bees Honey Butter coats and “candies” the slices.

Ingredients

Large mixing bowl, prepared baking sheet, small saucepot

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F degrees. Prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Add sliced carrots to mixing bowl. Add oil, salt, pepper and garlic herb seasoning. Toss to coat carrots completely.
  3. Transfer carrots to baking sheet and spread into one even layer and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Quickly toss or flip over carrots and continue baking another 10-15 minutes.
  5. Remove carrots from oven and set aside.
  6. While carrots are roasting, add honey butter to a small saucepan or pot. Melt over low medium heat, whisking until runnier in consistency.
  7. Remove from the heat and pour over roasted carrots and toss to combine. Enjoy!
