Ingredients

• 1 (3-4 pounds) beef roast of choice (my favorite is chuck)
• 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
• 1 cup beef or bone broth
• 1/4 cup butter or garlic ghee
• 1/2 cup'data-amount-secondary='75 g'>1/2 cup sliced pickled peppers plus 1/2 cup of brine

Instructions

Instant Pot Directions (as a general rule, allow 20 minutes of cook time per pound of meat)

1. Place roast in the slow cooker and pour in the broth. Sprinkle the top with the ranch dressing mix. Place peppers and brine on top of the mix, then add the butter.
2. Pressure cook 60 min on high + quick release or from frozen: 90 minutes on high + quick release

Slow Cooker Directions

1. slow cook on low 6-8 hours

Notes

Serve with mashed potatoes and a green vegetable. Enjoy!
