Last year Dan and I took a trip to Florida where we enjoyed amazing steaks at a restaurant called Chophouse 1200. When we ordered the ribeyes, there was an option to get a side of gorgonzola sauce. I had a feeling it would be amazing (my intuition usually steers me in the right direction) and it was absolutely incredible!Now every time I cook steak, I always crave it with a side of that same sauce. After a few experiments, I found the perfect copycat recipe. I use Rogue Creamery Blue Cheese which we carry (the top rated blue cheese brand in the country) so you know it’s going to be decadent!
